At AGBU Camps in Bulgaria, France, Syria and the United States, summers are a time for young Armenian to come together and build lifetime friendships and memories around a strong armenian heritage. Each summer, over a thousand campers return from camp to their families with an increased enthusiasm about their culture.

SUMMER CAMPS IN BONNEVAUX IN HAUTE SAVOIE

for young girls and boys 7 to 14 years old (1996 to 2003)

Vacation description*

• All-inclusive accommodation
• Supervision by certified counselors (French BAFA state certification)
• Resort designed for youth and sport (certified by French state)
• Armenian language initiation
• Armenian dance, music and singing
• Evenings around themes of Armenian history and traditions
• Sports and other activities (tennis, football, volley, different types of games, arts and crafts, riding, hiking, rafting, excursions, visits to a farm, camping, swimming)
